Delivery Information

We aim to pick, pack, and dispatch your personalised order of unique handmade crystal jewellery within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday), unless stated otherwise. 

Orders are either sent via Yodel or Royal Mail, allowing you to choose the delivery service that best suits your needs. We offer a fixed shipping price as shown below. 

Yodel: 

£2.69 delivery from 2-3 working days from dispatch. 

Tracked 48: 

£3.55, delivery within 2-5 working days from dispatch with tracking updates. 

Tracked 24: 

£4.45, delivery within 1 day of dispatch with tracking updates. 

Our free delivery over £10 offer uses our Yodel delivery option for your convenience.
